- 150 g Kuvertura spî
- 100 g Runê nîvişk
- 100 g Îekir
- 50 g Ard
- 1 pakêt Bourbon şekir vanilla
- 3 Pc Eggs
- 1 tsp Kakao şekirê toza
- 1 qûrincik Xwê
- 1 tsp rûn
Telîmata
- Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over a hot water bath. Add the butter and let it melt. Let cool.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until lightly foamy. Sift the flour on the egg mixture and fold in slightly. Brush the silicone molds with a little oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fill the mold two-thirds with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn a mold out to test the consistency of the cake. If necessary, bake for another 2-5 minutes.
- Arrange white chocolate lava cakes on plates. For decoration, place a cake fork on the edge of the plate and sprinkle with cocoa powdered sugar.
