- 4 (2/2) urgens magni maris salsus ex mola
- 4 (2/2) magni urgens piperis colorati ex mola
- 1 (½ / ) teaspoon chilli tunsum
- 6 (3/3) urgens magni maris salsus ex mola
- 6 (3/3) magni urgens piperis colorati ex mola
- 2 (1/1) teaspoon sectivum volvitur exsiccata congelatur
- 2 (1/1) caules coriandri ad ornatis

- Nota: Para II homines post alterum! Utere dimidium omelette pro quolibet ingredientium. Peel, dimidiatum et cepa calculi. Cortices et subtiliter taxillos zinziber et caryophyllis allium et singulas partes dimidiant. Munda, lava, subtiliter taxillos et piperis chilli dividas. Calor sunflower oleo (I tbsp) cum butyro (2 tbsp) in sartagine et frige / excita-fry cepae cubicae cum allio caryophyllo cubico, gingiberi cubici et piper cubi chilli. Adde squillas et sauté / squillae-Fry. Temporum cum dulci soy liquamine (1 teaspoon), sal crassum mare de molendino (1 magnos urgens) et piper coloratum de molendino (1 magnos urgens). Adde cymam fabam, et cum his aristas excita. Whisk ova (3 frusta), tempus cum sale aspero maris e molendino (3 ternum magnum) et piper coloratum ex molendino (2 magnos ternum) et levis / in sartagine diffusa. Operculum et coques pro 2 - 2 minuta, operculum remove et coctione consumma. Denique temporum cum chilli floccis (½ teaspoon) et sectivum rotulis sparge (1 teaspoon). Incidant omelette in laminam et ornatis foliis coriandri, servite.
