- 1 Pack Bavarica esca tortam (carnem tortam) 500 g
Aliquam BRASSICA:
- 1 M g BRASSICA orange / approx purgatur. 1000 g
- 2 tsp salis
- 2 magna urgens Sal crassum mare de mola
Mashed potatoes:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 tsp salis
- 1 tbsp butyrum
- 1 tbsp Coquo crepito
- 2 magna urgens Sal crassum mare de mola
- 1 magnus ternum Grated nutmeg
Servite:
- 3 radicula
- 3 tbsp dulce sinapis
Instructions
Bavarica esca tortam;
- Preheat clibano ad CL ° C. Remove folio et stickers ex aluminio lance. Carnem assatam tortam in aluminio in catino preheato in furno 150° C pro approx. 1150 - 40 minuta, remove, e forma vertat, paululum quiescat et in segmenta incisa (50 — 5 cm crassa).
Aliquam BRASSICA:
- Munda BRASSICA, in floreas incide et in aqua salsa coques (2 teaspoons salis) circiter 10 minutas. Exhaurire per coquinam cribrum et tempus cum sale grosso maris de molendino (2 magnos urgens).
Mashed potatoes:
- Peel, lava et fere potatoes alea. Coquite annuum cubi in aqua salsa (1 teaspoon sal) circiter 20 minuta, exhaurire, adde butyrum (1 tbsp), cremorem coquendi (1 tbsp), salem asperum maris e mola (2 magni urgens) et nutmeg grated (1 magnum prement) et cum Opus per / farraginem per annuum masher.
Servite:
- Servite 2 segmentis meatloaf Bavarica cum flore BRASSICA aurantiaco, mashed potatoes et dollop dulcis sinapis (1 tbsp), singulis radiculae ornatae.
