- 2 packet Scelerisque Pudding Pulvis
- 4 Free range ova
- 200 g Quark
- 180 g butyrum
- 180 g alba sugar
- 2 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon Lemon suci
Instructions
- Percute butyrum in cratere usque spumantem. Paulatim movent in saccharo, saccharo vanilla, ova, lac cocouo, quark et succo citri.
- Farinam cum coquente pulvere commisce, et in. Adde puluerem botonis, et excita in. Tandem in coco desiccata excita.
- Gugelhupf farinam in stannum paratam infunde et expolitam. Place placentam in furno ad 180 gradus (convection) et coquendum circiter 55 - 60 minutas. Post coquens tempus sume e clibano et in stagno refrigescat.
