Ingredients
- 4 magna potatoes
- 4 tsp Oleum de arboribus olivarum
- 4 summas carpere Roris recens
- 4 summas carpere nova thyma
- 250 g Humilis-Fat quark organica
- 150 g Organicum yogurt
- 0,5 Diced cepa
- 1,5 tbsp Oleum de arboribus olivarum
- 2 tbsp ALEX suci
- 0,5 cucumeris sem
- 1 tsp Allium crustulum (vide recipe)
- 1 tbsp herba vinegar
- salis
- Piper nigrum de mola
Instructions
- Preheat clibano ad CLXXX ° C.
- Coque potatoes in aqua ferventi pro X minuta.
- 4 Seca aluminium ffoyle ad magnitudinem. Crucem altam in singulis annuum incide et teaspoon adde. Oleum in ffoyle pone. Coctum potatoes super pone, in latere pone thymum et rosmarinum, deinde claua claude et omnia 4 potatoes in clibano preheated in eculeo pone, et per 60 minutas coque.
- Ad Tsatsiki:
- Crasse craticula dimidium cucumeris. cepa dice.
- Quark organicum pone in patera et yoghurt organicum, adde oleum olivae, muriam, herbam acetum, piper nigrum e mola, crustulum sal et allium (vide recipe)
- Misce omnia bene, excita in cucumere grato et cepa aleam.
- Aperi ffoyle potatoes cocta et imple tsatsiki in crucem incisam.
