Ingredients
- 1 PC. Allium scidit concisi
- 0,5 PC. concisi cepa

- 1 tablespoon vegetabili oleum
- 6 PC. Shitaki fungos
- 2 PC. Carrots
- 1 PC. zucchini
- 1 PC. Red o flavo piperis
- 1 Pkg algentem feram
- 400 g Pak Choi (vel Helvetica chard vel spinach)
- 2 Cans (400 ml) Cocoes lac
- 1 tablespoon Green colunt crustulum
- 2 teaspoon Palm sugar vel brunneis sugar
- 2 Pc limes aut calcis sucus
- 2 tablespoon SOY condimentum
- 2 tablespoon Garum, pro vegans omitti potest.
- 1 PC. Chilli piper, qui delectat
- Folia coriandri, si libet
Instructions
- Primum, laua et para olera: pellem allium, cepam et zinziber et subtiliter aleas. Cortices in dolor sit amet, et in segmentis 3 mm dissectis. Quarta zucchini in longitudinem et 5 mm pecias secant. Cum seminibus ex pipere caulem removere et incidere in morsus amplitudo 5 mm latis, denudat. Schitaki fungos in frusta secare circiter 20 cents singulas. Fungorum caulis adhiberi potest. Dimidia vel tertia (mordax) silvestris algentem. Sece pak choi in 2 cm latis pittaciis. Tota hic folia tantum et tenerrimam caulis partem sume.

- As a side dish, Thai rice is served, best prepared in a rice cooker, as it then sticks a bit. You can also eat the curry as a kind of soup. If you then replace the sugar with sweetener or stevia, then it’s NO CARB. I put the plucked coriander leaves on the table. Anyone can take it as he likes.
