- 1 Matura mango approx. 450 g / purgatur approx. 300 g
- 1 Musa proxime. 100 g
- 200 ml Succi C%
- 100 g Mitis yogurt
- 2 Mint tips pro ornatis
Instructions
- Cortices mango, pulpam e lapide remove et dure calculi / in frusta incisa. Musa Peel et in frusta concideris. Omnia medicamenta (mango frusta, fixa frusta, succum aurantiacum et yoghurt) in patera misce diligenter cum manu blender, imple in vitreis II, ornatis foliis menta et refrigerate donec serviat.
