- 175 g butyrum
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Finesse, grated cortices
- 1 prement, cinnamomum
- 1 prement, Humus carnations
- 1 prement, amomum
- 1 tsp Cocos pulveris
- 3 Ova
- 150 g conspersa
- 30 g Cibus amulum
- 3 tsp pistoria pulveris
- 100 ml mulled vinum
Pro pictura:
- 100 g scobis sugar
- 4 tbsp mulled vinum
Instructions
- Nam massam scelerisque fere concidito et in aqua balnei liquefaciat, deinde leviter refrigeret. Excita butyrum, ova, saccharum, saccharum vanilla, aromata et Cocos pulveris donec spumosi donec massa crassa formatur.
- Farina farinam et coquendi farinam misce et in duas portiones concitare, alternante vino in medio calido non mulso. Tandem in liquefactum scelerisque excitabit. Farinam in 12 muffino formas paratas infunde et in furno preheato ad 180 gradus coques (vel clibano ventilabro 160 gradus) circiter 35 minutas.
- Post coctionem, stant in fomace circiter V minuta, deinde a forma removeant et refrigeraant. Ad epistylia, vico saccharo misceto et vino mulso, et cum eo muffins decutiat.
- Varians, potes etiam 150 g complicare subtiliter concisae sub massam caedit.
