Ingredients
- Ad opus pistorium valentissimum:
- 250 g conspersa
- 125 g Frigus butyrum
- 60 g alba sugar
- 1 Ovum
- 1 prement, salis
- 1 packet CITREA cupido
- For tegumentum;
- 100 g butyrum
- 200 g alba sugar
- 2 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 Ova
- 500 g Quark lean
- 250 g mascarpone
- 80 g Cibus amulum
- 2 tsp pistoria pulveris
- 500 g Reubarbarum nova
- 2 tbsp alba sugar
Instructions
- Farinam, butyrum, saccharum, ovum, ternum salis et lemon cupido in craterem mixturam et opus in crustulum compendiosum. Massam in globum finge et eam in fridge circiter XXX minutas pone.
- Purgo reubarbarum et in frusta approx. 2 cm magnitudine. Frusta pone in patera, sparge cum 2 tablespoons saccharo et pone.
- Fundum operis 26 cm fontis forma cum farina refrigerata et proxime evellere. 3 cm altus, marg. Nunc pone formam fontis in clibano ad 180 gradus preheatos et temere coquendum pro approx. 10-15 minuta.
- Macta butyrum, saccharum, vanilla saccharo et ova, donec spumant. Excita in quark et mascarpone. Cornstarch cum coquente pulvere misce et in mixturam excita. Adde reubarbarum frusta et plica m.
- Pone mixturam in basi pre-coctus et iterum coques ad 180 gradus pro approx. 55 - 60 minuta. Si integumentum nimis obscurum est, aluminium claua per 15 minutas ultimas intege. Finito coquente, sume eum de clibano et refrigerium in stagno per XV minutas. Ora diligenter remove, placentam eculeo pone et refrige.
