Pulmentum: Capsicum - Leek Soup

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 150 g lardi lean
- 1 sextarius vegetabilis ius
- 2 – 3 Leek sticks
- I fasciculum vere cepe recens
- 1 a cup Cream light 14.5%
- 1 fasciculum Chives recens
- Peel potatoes, incide in cubes et lava. Pure porrum et vere cepe, in annulos incise et perfunde. Sectivum lava, excutite arida et in minutas rotulas incide. Secare lardum in cubes.
- Cook the potato cubes and bacon in the broth for 15 minutes. Mix in the cream, leek and spring onions and simmer gently for another 5 – 8 minutes. Add the chives and serve. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
