- I tbsp Pistor pulveris

- I tsp Grated nutmeg
- 0,25 tsp terrae allspice
- I tsp terrae gingiberi
- 100 ml Lacus sucus
- 75 g butyrum liquefactum
- 2 Pc. Ova
- 1 fragmentum magnum pomum acerbum, inflexum, depilatum, subtiliter gratum
- 100 g Bene grates amet
- Factus C g nuces
- 50 g Rasins
- Misce farinam, sacchari, salem, cinnamomum, macis, allspice et zinziberis in patera.
- In alia phiala, ova, pomum, succum et butyrum excita. Excita in farinam mixturam in portionibus. Conspergunt concisas nuces passas, grato carro, et pomo grato.
- Fill the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 – 75 minutes.
