Ingredients
- 350 g Turcia iecoris
- 250 g Bella de Boskoop Apples
- 250 g cepe diced
- 200 ml Uht lac
- 100 g conspersa
- Piper de MOLARIS
- 2 tbsp oleum,
- mare salis de molendino
- 0,5 expressa lemon
Instructions
- Iecur lava et tendines remove, frusta concisa in portiones congruas et in lacte maceres circiter 2 horas.
- Poma cortices et nucleum, in frusta dissectum et rorantes exiguo citreo expresso.
- De cepis vegetabilibus et cortices in segmentis incidetis. Fry in sartagine cum tablespoon usque ad aureum brunneum. Tum cepae hinc atque hinc mala friges.
- Dab iecur siccum et cum pipere undique tempore, friges undique circiter 5 - 10 minuta (in tertia prima caloris), poma et cepe adde, alia quinque minuta calefacies.
- Servite cum mashed potatoes et sale de molendino;
