Lamb Chops with Pineapple and Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Lamb chops
  • 4 slices Pineapple canned
  • 4 Cooked potato
  • 0,5 tsp Chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the olive oil with rosemary, salt and pepper, brush the lamb chops with it. Place in a hot grill pan and fry for about 3 minutes on both sides, and place in the oven at about 100 degrees. Put the butter in the pan and briefly fry the pineapple slices in it, very briefly on both sides. Add to the lamb chops in the oven . Halve the pre-cooked potatoes and fry briefly in the pan with the cut side. Remove lamb chops and pineapple slices from the oven and add to the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve while hot.
