Ingredients
- 100 g Floury potatoes
- 80 g Smoked bacon in strips
- 100 g Diced onion
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard
- 400 g Lamb's lettuce
- 80 g Chopped nuts
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes until soft, peel them and press them through the potato press
- Make the potato, vinegar, broth, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard dressing
- Fry the bacon with onions in a coated pan
- Clean, wash and dry the salad (spin)
- Arrange the salad on a plate / plate, drizzle with the dressing and pour the onion and bacon mixture over it. Sprinkle with optional nuts.
