Lamb’s Lettuce with Potato Dressing

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Floury potatoes
  • 80 g Smoked bacon in strips
  • 100 g Diced onion
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard
  • 400 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 80 g Chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes until soft, peel them and press them through the potato press
  • Make the potato, vinegar, broth, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard dressing
  • Fry the bacon with onions in a coated pan
  • Clean, wash and dry the salad (spin)
  • Arrange the salad on a plate / plate, drizzle with the dressing and pour the onion and bacon mixture over it. Sprinkle with optional nuts.
