Lasagne 2 Versions

The perfect lasagne 2 versions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Version 1 + 2

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 Can Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Water
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary needles
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped tarragon

or sometimes:

  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 packet Lasagne sheets

Version 1:

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 liter Milk

Version 2:

  • 1 a cup Sour cream

Variant 1 + 2:

  • 100 g Grated cheese
  1. Fry the minced meat without fat, add the garlic and onions, fry, add the tomato paste and let it sear briefly. Pour the tomatoes and the same amount of water on top.

Cooking bechamel:

  1. Heat the butter, stir the flour well, add the milk and, best of all, stir quickly with a whisk until the flour binds somewhat, remove from the stove and first put a soup spoon full in a baking dish.
  2. Insert the lasagne sheets, shorten the corners if necessary. Pour in the mince sauce, bechamel, plates again mince, etc. Finally, the cheese.
  3. 4th baking: 200 ° C approx. 20 min.
  4. Serve with a fresh salad on your loved one.
