Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Puff pastry round
  • 350 g Leek
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 200 g Cottage cheese with chives
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Egg
  • 1 dL Milk
  • 2 small Maizena (corn starch)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut the leek into fine strips and sauté in the hot butter until it is almost soft. Add the ham cubes.
  • Place the puff pastry on a round baking tray, prick a few times with a fork. Top with the leek and ham.
  • Mix the pouring ingredients and pour over the leek / ham.
  • Approx. Bake for 30 minutes.
