Ingredients
- 1 pack Puff pastry round
- 350 g Leek
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 200 g Cottage cheese with chives
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Egg
- 1 dL Milk
- 2 small Maizena (corn starch)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the leek into fine strips and sauté in the hot butter until it is almost soft. Add the ham cubes.
- Place the puff pastry on a round baking tray, prick a few times with a fork. Top with the leek and ham.
- Mix the pouring ingredients and pour over the leek / ham.
- Approx. Bake for 30 minutes.
