Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 Leek
- 350 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 pinches Salt + pepper
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, clean the leek, cut both into pieces. Pre-cook in the broth. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the minced meat in it, season. Cut the onions and garlic into pieces and add to the minced meat.
- Sauté, then add to the pot with the potatoes and leeks, cook, stir everything together and season to taste.
