  • 1 medium-sized Red peppers
  • 120 g Grated Gouda
  • 36 Discs Bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • Bbq sauce
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut off the roots of the leek and pull off the outer leaves. Now cut off two pieces approx. 8 cm long and carefully push the inner one out. so that you get tubes.
  2. If it is possible, cut off a piece of the remaining leek and dice it very finely with the rest of the inside. You do the same with the peppers and garlic, if you have peeled them. You can also press this. Everything that has been finely diced is added to the minced meat.
  3. Add the cheese and egg to the minced meat. Season everything with salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Once the minced meat mixture is well mixed and seasoned, fill the leek rolls with it.
  5. As many leek rolls as you have received, halve as many strips of bacon. The ends of the cartridges are closed with the halves and one or two slices of bacon are wrapped around the cartridges.
  6. In the grill that has been preheated to 180 ° C, place the cartridges in the indirect zone. Of course, this can also be done in an oven. It is also preheated to 180 ° C. You put the cartridges on a grate or baking sheet lined with baking paper and slide it into the second or middle rail.
  7. The whole thing takes about 25 minutes. After about 15 minutes you brush the cartridges with the BBQ sauce of your choice. Let it cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
  8. From here on I can only wish you a lot of fun copying and a good appetite
