Ingredients

  • 500 g Leeks
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 10 g Butter
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • Pepper, salt, nutmeg
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Mixed minced meat
  • Pepper salt
  • 350 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • Pepper salt

Instructions

  • Clean the leek, cut in half lengthways, cut into strips approx. 1/2 cm wide and wash thoroughly. Peel and roughly dice the onion.
  • Melt the butter in a crucible. Steam the onion in it until translucent. Add the leek while dripping wet and sauté briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Cook on a low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  • Peel the onion, roughly dice. Simmer in hot fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. If the butcher hasn't already done it, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the leek and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Spread over the leek / mince mixture. Season the cream with salt and pepper. Pour over. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
