Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 4 piece Leeks
  • 300 g Potato freshly peeled
  • 250 g Grated Gouda
  • 0,25 l Light sauce

Instructions
 

  • Fry the mince, add the leek slices and cook for 10 minutes. Put the potato slices in a baking dish, spread the mixture of minced meat and leek on top, season a roux with salt and nutmeg and pour over it, cover with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
