Ingredients
- 500 g Minced meat
- 4 piece Leeks
- 300 g Potato freshly peeled
- 250 g Grated Gouda
- 0,25 l Light sauce
Instructions
- Fry the mince, add the leek slices and cook for 10 minutes. Put the potato slices in a baking dish, spread the mixture of minced meat and leek on top, season a roux with salt and nutmeg and pour over it, cover with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
