Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Butter
For covering:
- 4 Eggs
- 120 ml Lemon juice
- 1 packet Grated lemon peel
- 280 g Sugar
- 60 g Flour
For dusting:
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
For the dough:
- Mix the flour and baking powder and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter and knead.
- Roll out the dough in a round shape (24 cm) and prick several times with a fork.
- Bake at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
For covering:
- Put the eggs in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and flour and stir.
- Place the lemon mixture on the pre-baked dough.
- Bake at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for another 20 minutes.
For dusting:
- Let the cake get cold and sift icing sugar over it.
