Ingredients

  • 385 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 125 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 160 g Natural yoghurt
  • 90 ml Milk
  • 1 Handful of chocolate chips
  • Lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix the butter and sugar with the mixer or food processor until it is fluffy and the sugar has dissolved well.
  • Add eggs and stir in well.
  • Add yoghurt and milk and stir in well.
  • Now add the dry ingredients and carefully stir in. Not too much, it can be a little "lumpy".
  • Finish off the lemon juice (if you like, you can also use grated lemon peel or lemon essence) and fold in the chocolate droplets with a spatula so that it is evenly distributed.
  • Now put the whole thing in muffin cases (with or without paper, as you like and what kind of molds you have). Then put the whole thing in the preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 18 minutes.
  • Depending on how big your molds are ... there will be as many muffins 😉 I seem to have a medium size, for me it was 18 pieces. They taste best slightly lukewarm. If there are any left over: reheat the next day in the microwave for about 20 seconds - how fresh! And now: Bon appetit!
