Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Zucchini fresh
  • 1 Fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
  • Freshly chopped thyme, salt, pepper
  • 400 g Ham cooked, sliced
  • 3 Carrots

Molding

  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Chopped herbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, pepper, possibly salt
  • 100 g Grated Gouda

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely grate a zucchini, heat the olive oil, fry the mince, add the spices, onions, garlic and grated zucchini.
  • Dice the second zucchini and carrots, place in an ovenproof casserole dish, cover the ham slices with minced meat and roll up, place the seams down on the vegetables.
  • Stir the flour into the COLD cream with a whisk. Bring the vegetable stock, herbs and spices to the boil. Add the flour and cream mixture and briefly bring to the boil again. Pour the topping over the rolls and sprinkle with cheese (you can also use ready-made sauce) Baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° for about 35 minutes. A good!!
