  • 250 g Margarine
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 8 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Lemon untreated
  • 1 kg Quark lean
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 125 g Raisins


  • Mix in the sugar, margarine and eggs well. Stir in the lemon juice, grated zest, semolina, vanilla sugar and milk. Add the quark and baking powder. Fold in the raisins.
  • Fill into a lightly greased springform pan, 26 cm., Bake at 150 ° -175 ° for about 90 minutes. Let cool down in the pan. The cake always succeeds and most importantly: Leo likes it very much!
