Ingredients
- 250 g Margarine
- 350 g Sugar
- 8 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Lemon untreated
- 1 kg Quark lean
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 125 g Raisins
Instructions
- Mix in the sugar, margarine and eggs well. Stir in the lemon juice, grated zest, semolina, vanilla sugar and milk. Add the quark and baking powder. Fold in the raisins.
