Instructions
Cake base - 27.5 cm
- For the base, first mix the margarine, sugar and eggs for about 5 minutes until foamy
- Sift the flour and baking powder and fold in with the hazelnut flour
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C; Bake the cake on the lower rack for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C top and bottom heat; let cool down completely
Applesauce and topping
- Coarsely grate the apples through a grater with large holes; with sugar, eggs, lemon juice and pudding powder, bring to the boil while stirring constantly and simmer for 5 minutes (switch off the oven)
