  • 125 g Sugar
  • 150 g Margarine
  • 3 Eggs (M)
  • 125 g Ground hazelnut
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon. Baking powder


  • 800 g Sweet and sour apples - coarsely grated
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (M)
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 0,5 Pä. Custard powder
  • 1 Teaspoon. Cinnamon


  • 400 ml Sweet cream
  • 2 Pä. Cream stiffener
  • Cocoa powder


Cake base - 27.5 cm

  • Sift the flour and baking powder and fold in with the hazelnut flour
