  • 200 g Flour type 550
  • 0,5 Pck. Baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs size M.
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 ml Lukewarm water
  • 3 go.tsp Cocoa
  • Butter f.d. shape
  • Cane sugar f.d. shape

Instructions

  • Butter an 18 ring cake tin thickly and sprinkle it with the cane sugar just as thick. Preheat the oven to 180 ° O / bottom heat.
  • Put all ingredients - except for the cocoa - in a bowl and whip vigorously until the dough is creamy and creamy. Then pour half of it into the prepared mold and stir the cocoa into the other. Pour the dark dough onto the light dough and then pull a fork through the dough with spiral turns.
  • Place the mold in the oven on the 2nd shelf from the bottom. The baking time is 50 minutes. Then do the wooden stick test. The dough must no longer adhere when it is pulled out.
  • The butter and the thickly scattered sugar give the cake a crispy shell and is super juicy on the inside .................. so it is made very quickly and still "suitable for guests" ............
