Ingredients
- Shortcrust:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1,5 cups Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Filling:
- 250 gr Quark
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 80 gr Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Cream
- Juice of a lime and some grated zest
- 35 ml Cooking oil
- To sprinkle:
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- dough. Process all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. If the dough is still too moist and sticks, simply add flour. If it is too dry, add a little more butter or a little milk. Chill for 20 minutes.
- 2nd filling: Process all ingredients into a creamy mass.
- Divide the dough into balls of equal size. About the size of a plum. For the form I use muffin cases and spread the dough in them. When you have used the dough like this, fill it with about 2 tablespoons of the cream.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 25-30 minutes. But it can also take less time or more. Best pay attention to it. Usually the cakes are ready when the cream has set.
- Finally, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
