Ingredients

  • Shortcrust:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1,5 cups Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Filling:
  • 250 gr Quark
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 80 gr Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Juice of a lime and some grated zest
  • 35 ml Cooking oil
  • To sprinkle:
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • dough. Process all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. If the dough is still too moist and sticks, simply add flour. If it is too dry, add a little more butter or a little milk. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • 2nd filling: Process all ingredients into a creamy mass.
  • Divide the dough into balls of equal size. About the size of a plum. For the form I use muffin cases and spread the dough in them. When you have used the dough like this, fill it with about 2 tablespoons of the cream.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 25-30 minutes. But it can also take less time or more. Best pay attention to it. Usually the cakes are ready when the cream has set.
  • Finally, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  • Feast on cheese cakes :)))
