Lime Curd Cake

Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Zwieback
  • 2 tbsp Butter, room temperature
  • 500 g Quark
  • 500 g Natural yoghurt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Lime juice
  • 1 packet Instant gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the rusks and mix with the butter. Cover the bottom of a springform pan with it, press the rusk crumbs down lightly and let the cake base cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Dissolve the instant gelatine according to the instructions on the package.
  • Smooth the quark and yoghurt together. Add lime juice and sugar and stir. Add the dissolved instant gelatine and stir in.
  • Fill the quark mass into the mold, smooth it out and put the cake in a cool place for at least 6 hours.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the lime quark cake with lime quarters (and brittle if necessary).
