Ingredients
- 125 g Zwieback
- 2 tbsp Butter, room temperature
- 500 g Quark
- 500 g Natural yoghurt
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 ml Lime juice
- 1 packet Instant gelatin
Instructions
- Crumble the rusks and mix with the butter. Cover the bottom of a springform pan with it, press the rusk crumbs down lightly and let the cake base cool for about 30 minutes.
- Dissolve the instant gelatine according to the instructions on the package.
- Smooth the quark and yoghurt together. Add lime juice and sugar and stir. Add the dissolved instant gelatine and stir in.
- Fill the quark mass into the mold, smooth it out and put the cake in a cool place for at least 6 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle the lime quark cake with lime quarters (and brittle if necessary).
