Ingredients
- 250 g Linguine
- Salt
- 1 packet Shrimp
- 5 Garlic cloves chopped
- Pepper from the grinder
- 125 ml Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Chili oil
- Chive rolls
- Grated Pecorino cheese
Instructions
- Cook linguins in salt water.
- Fry the prawns in chili oil, sauté some garlic briefly, season with salt and pepper. Stand on one side.
- Heat the olives, sauté the rest of the garlic briefly. Salt, pepper. Add the drained linguine and mix well.
- Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with chives. Serve with grated pecorino cheese.
