Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower fresh
- 50 g Mountain cheese1
- 150 g Low fat quark
- 100 ml Low fat milk
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Clove of garlic chopped
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Tellicherry pepper
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt
- 300 g Salmon fillet
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash. Cook in salted water for 5 minutes and rinse in cold water.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Put cauliflower in a slightly oiled baking dish! Dice the salmon and marinate with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Spread on the cauliflower.
- Mix the quark, milk, mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garip pepper and nutmeg and spread over the cauliflower salmon. Finally, pour the mountain cheese over it.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes! Serve!
