LOW CARB Cauliflower with Salmon

  • 600 g Cauliflower fresh
  • 50 g Mountain cheese1
  • 150 g Low fat quark
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Clove of garlic chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Tellicherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 300 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp Oil


  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash. Cook in salted water for 5 minutes and rinse in cold water.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  • Put cauliflower in a slightly oiled baking dish! Dice the salmon and marinate with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Spread on the cauliflower.
  • Mix the quark, milk, mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garip pepper and nutmeg and spread over the cauliflower salmon. Finally, pour the mountain cheese over it.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes! Serve!
