  • 20 g Honey
  • 100 g Butter
  • Salt
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 100 g Flour
  • 3 g Baking powder
  • Madeleine baking pan
  • Whisk
  • Bowl

  • Brush

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat with a whisk for 3-4 minutes until frothy. This step is essential for the madeleines to loosen up. After just one minute, the honey is added and mixed with it.
  • As soon as the mass has a slightly foamy consistency, the butter is melted and seasoned with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice. Then let the butter cool down a bit. Then fill the flour and baking powder in a fine sieve and sieve to the liquid mass. Carefully work in with the whisk. Last but not least, add the melted butter and carefully stir in this too.
  • Now put the madeleines in the oven for 3 minutes at 220 degrees. After 3 minutes, reduce the heat to 200 degrees and bake them for another 7 minutes. After all, the Madeleines are ready. Good Appetite!
