Make margarine yourself – that’s how it works
- Put 50 grams of loose vegetable fat in a saucepan and heat until it melts. Place the pot in a larger container that you have previously filled with ice cubes.
- Add eight tablespoons of vegetable shortening and egg yolks to the melted fat.
- Mix the mixture and pour in a dash of milk. Use some salt and lemon juice for seasoning.
