Malt Beer Bread

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour 1050
  • 250 g Flour 550
  • 15 g Salt
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 cube Yeast fresh
  • 250 ml Malt beer with sugar (malt drink)
  • 100 g Roasted sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Roast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick frying pan. Set aside and let cool.
  • Put both types of flour, salt, butter and cooled kernels in a bowl.
  • Dissolve the yeast in the malt beer and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Knead everything into a dough until it is nice and elastic. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  • Knead again and shape into a loaf. Place on a tray and dust with flour. Let it go for another 60 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °. Do not cut into the bread before it goes into the oven. Baking time 45 min
