Malt Beer Bread
The perfect malt beer bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour 1050
- 250 g Flour 550
- 15 g Salt
- 60 g Butter
- 1 dice Yeast fresh
- 250 ml Malt beer with sugar (malt drink)
- 100 g Roasted sunflower seeds
- Roast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick frying pan. Set aside and let cool.
- Put both types of flour, salt, butter and cooled kernels in a bowl.
- Dissolve the yeast in the malt beer and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Knead everything into a dough until it is nice and elastic. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Knead again and shape into a loaf. Place on a tray and dust with flour. Let it go for another 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °. Do not cut into the bread before it goes into the oven. Baking time 45 min
