Mango and mozzarella salad

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 bag Mozzarella, organic market
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • Spice thyme (garden) according to Gusto
  • 1 Couple of drops Ice wine – crema – vinegar

Mango and mozzarella salad

  1. Peel the mango and cut the pulp into pieces. Put in a deep plate. Take the mozzarella out of the bag, drain briefly and also cut into pieces. Put the cut pieces on top. Chop the seasoned thyme, distribute.
  2. Season with salt and gourmet pepper to taste. Finally, drizzle with the ice wine crema vinegar.
