Mango – Yogurt – Cheese Cream

The perfect mango – yogurt – cheese cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mango – yogurt – cheese cream

  • 1 Mango
  • 6 tbsp Natural cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp Homemade yogurt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Sugar if you like
  • 1 small stem Chocolate – mint from our own garden
  1. Peel the mango and place in a mango divider. Cut one or both halves into small pieces. Pour one part into a tall vessel and puree with a magic wand, set aside. Take a bowl and add the cream cheese. Then add the yoghurt, vanilla extract and stir everything together once.
  2. Take the dessert glasses and first fill them with the yoghurt cheese cream, then the mango sauce & again yoghurt cheese cream. A few pieces of mango cubes and the chocolate mint.
