Marinated Buffalo – Mozzarella

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 3 Rods Spring onions
  • 1 small Red pepper
  • 1 bunch Summer Savory
  • 1 Organic orange
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Milk or cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Rye bread

Instructions
 

  • Mix the creme fraiche with milk or cream.
  • Clean and chop the savory.
  • Peel off the zest of each orange and lemon.
  • Clean the vegetables and cut into fine cubes.
  • Add all prepared ingredients to the creme fraiche and mix.
  • Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Mix the mozzarella balls with the cream and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 day.
  • Cut the mozzarell into portions and serve with the cream on rye bread.
