Ingredients
- 2 Buffalo mozzarella
- 1 small Zucchini
- 3 Rods Spring onions
- 1 small Red pepper
- 1 bunch Summer Savory
- 1 Organic orange
- 1 Organic lemon
- 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 3 tbsp Milk or cream
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Rye bread
Instructions
- Mix the creme fraiche with milk or cream.
- Clean and chop the savory.
- Peel off the zest of each orange and lemon.
- Clean the vegetables and cut into fine cubes.
- Add all prepared ingredients to the creme fraiche and mix.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Mix the mozzarella balls with the cream and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 day.
- Cut the mozzarell into portions and serve with the cream on rye bread.
