Ingredients

  • 4 Pork steaks of your choice
  • 6 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 0,25 L Storage oil
  • 8 Radishes from our own garden, sliced
  • 2 Radish fresh from our own garden, sliced
  • 200 g Farmer's salad

Instructions

  • Mix the OIL with the onions and the garlic and place the steaks in it, cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • I spiced up the farmer's salad with the radishes and radish slices. I didn't need to change anything about the dressing - it was delicious. I was too lazy to make salad and my butcher's salad is always delicious.
  • Take the steaks out of the marinade and let the oil run off a little and also strip off most of the onion and garlic mixture.
  • I grilled on an old gas grill because it should be quick. I only use my large Weber grill (last picture) with which you can grill NT when there is more to grill. I only grill with wood on the swivel grill at larger parties.
  • First grill the larger steaks (these are mine) until crispy (you know I like a lot of roasted aromas), the small ones come later. Turn all over once. Finished.
