Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Mascarpone
- 1 small Cucumber fresh
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Chilli red, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Put the mascarpone, Greek yoghurt and milk in a bowl. Wash, peel and grate the cucumber. Add to the mascarpone and milk and stir briefly. Season to taste with salt, chilli coarsely chopped (can also be from the mill), pepper from the mill & 1 teaspoon lime juice. Cover and put in the fridge for some time to steep.
- So, that's it: short, quick, easy & refreshing. Suitable for various salads as dips but also meat dishes, especially grilled dishes. But since this is already too late for this year, unless you like winter BBQ, you can get used to it until the next season.
- This Rz, too, is a matter of taste & certainly not everyone's case, as is well known, it can be argued about. Taste is still different.
