Mashed Potatoes Italy

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 Small zucchini
  • 6 Small cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Basil oil
  • Salt, chilli, basil. nutmeg
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Halve the zucchini and cut into thin slices, quarter the tomatoes
  • Fry the zucchini in the basil oil, briefly add the tomatoes and fry with them
  • Heat the milk, add a little nutmeg and salt
  • Boil the potatoes and press them through the potato press (alternatively you can make a pulp with a mixer and whisk)
  • Add milk and butter and stir until the butter is dissolved
  • Add the zucchini and tomatoes and stir well.
  • Season to taste with salt, chilli and basil (for me it was unfortunately dried, frozen or fresh is better). Complete 😉
