Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Maultaschen
  • 1 small Red peppers
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 25 g Pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until light brown, remove from the pan and set aside. Peel and core the bell pepper and cut into thin strips. Wash and drain the spinach. Cut the dumplings into strips as thick as a thumb.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ravioli for approx. 5 minutes. Add the pepper strips and fry for another 3 minutes. Finally add the spinach and sauté just briefly until it has collapsed. Season the Maultaschen pan with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the Maultaschen pan on plates and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
