Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Peeled garlic clove
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 piece Rolls old
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Knife point Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Marjoram

Instructions

  • Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Crumble an old bread roll and soak it in milk. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the onion, garlic and spices. Squeeze out the bread roll, place in the bowl, crack open the three eggs and mix everything well until a smooth dough is formed. If the dough is too soft, you can add some breadcrumbs. Shape the dough into meat cakes and fry them in a preheated pan for about 3 minutes on both sides until they are crispy and brown. The amount makes about 9 to 10 pieces. I also serve boiled potatoes and vegetables. Good Appetite.
