Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • 2 Pc. Old Bun
  • Milk
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Arugula
  • Lamb's lettuce
  • Cocktail tomatoes
  • Puff pastry
  • Poppy
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk

Instructions

Meatballs with buffalo mozzarella:

  • First cut the old rolls and the parsley into small pieces. Fry the onion with the garlic cloves in a pan with a little butter, then pour a small glass of milk over the whole thing, then place in a bowl with the minced meat and the old rolls. Knead the resulting dough well and then shape it into small balls. Then fill the ball with the buffalo mozzarella. Now fry the balls in a hot pan.

Poppy seed party sticks:

  • First preheat the oven at 180 ° C. Cut strips about 1½ cm wide from the dough. Whisk the yolk with 3-4 tablespoons of water. Turn the strips of dough in the mixture and then in the poppy seeds. Now twist the strips into spirals and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes or until the desired brown color.
  • Wash the salad, add the dressing and then serve the whole thing.
