Ingredients
 

For the meatballs:

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Homemade breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Oil for frying

For the mushroom cream sauce:

  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Ham cubes
  • 1 small can 1St choice mushrooms
  • 0,5 cube Crushed gravy
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • 150 ml Cream
  • Pepper, salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a minced meat dough from the ingredients, let it rest for half an hour and then form small dumplings out of it. Fry the dumplings in the oil until golden brown and keep warm until the mushroom cream sauce is ready.
  • Put the onion and ham cubes in the frying fat from the dumplings and fry them until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and let sizzle for a few minutes; Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the cream and gravy and let everything boil vigorously until the sauce is creamy. Take the pan off the stove.
  • Season again to taste, place the dumplings in the sauce and let them steep for a few more minutes.
  • I served simple croissant noodles with this dish.
