    Pizzas

    • Take a bowl and add the mixed minced meat and seasoned minced meat to it. Add egg and breadcrumbs and knead briefly once. Now season the whole thing with paprika powder, pizza seasoning, salt and gourmet pepper, mix and season to taste.
    • Form flat talers (approx. 10 cm) from the mixed minced meat and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Set aside for a moment.

    filling

    • If necessary, clean and clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash and core the peppers and also cut into cubes. Take a small pan and heat the rapeseed oil in it. First fry the mushroom cubes vigorously while turning them, then add the paprika cubes as well and let them fry briefly.
    • Season the whole thing with salt and gourmet pepper and set it aside for a moment. Wash and slice tomatoes. Take the mozzarella out of the sachet and drain. Start documenting. I didn't put any tomato slices on the first two (2) pizzas as my daughter doesn't like them.
    • Cover the remaining pizzas as follows: Put the tomato slices, then the mushrooms / paprika cubes on top. Also cut the drained mozzarella into cubes and sprinkle all pizzas with it. Finally, cut the basil from the garden into small pieces and distribute it here as well.
    • In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. When everything is ready, add and bake everything together for about 20 to 25 minutes. Then take out the flat plates and add as much as you like with the pizzas. * Cut open ciabatta rolls and place on top. Top with gherkins.
