Ingredients
 

For the minced meat

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 large Diced onion
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 piece Old rolls soaked in water
  • 0,5 bunch Freshly chopped parsley
  • 1,5 teaspoon Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill to taste

For frying and for the sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked and diced fat bacon
  • 1 large Chopped onion
  • 2 piece Tomatoes eighth
  • 500 Milliliters Water
  • 3 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 piece Fresh leek
  • Freshly grated nutmeg to taste

Instructions
 

  • Knead the minced meat well with all the ingredients and shape into a loaf. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the bacon a little, add the meatloaf and only fry on one side with the bacon and onion. The top of the stove will brown. Sweat the tomatoes at the end.
  • Pour in the water and add oregano. Put on the lid and put everything in the oven on the lowest rail at 180 ° upper and lower. Fry bottom heat for 90 minutes.
  • Then put the leek, which has now been cleaned, cut into larger pieces, in the sauce. Refill the stewed liquid again. Braise everything for another 20 minutes.
  • Then take out the roast and leek and thicken the sauce as usual. Season well again with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
