Ingredients
For the minced meat
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 large Diced onion

- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Smoked and diced fat bacon
- 1 large Chopped onion
- 2 piece Tomatoes eighth

Instructions
- Knead the minced meat well with all the ingredients and shape into a loaf. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the bacon a little, add the meatloaf and only fry on one side with the bacon and onion. The top of the stove will brown. Sweat the tomatoes at the end.
