Ingredients

  • 750 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 250 g Quark
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs

sauce

  • 200 ml Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and sauté in a pan with hot oil.
  • Put the minced meat with the eggs, mustard, tomato paste, quark, onion and spices in a bowl, mix well and shape into a roll.
  • Place the breadcrumbs on a work surface and turn the meatloaf in it.
  • Grease a baking dish a little, put the meatloaf in it and put it in the 200c. warm oven for about 40 minutes

sauce

  • Mix the tomato paste with the broth and the chopped basil and add to the meat loaf after 20 minutes.
  • Now take the meatloaf out of the oven with salt and pepper, add seasoning to the sauce and thicken it a little.
  • Cut the meatloaf into slices, serve with potatoes and vegetables according to your taste.
