Ingredients

- 750 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 250 g Quark
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
sauce
- 200 ml Broth
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

- Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and sauté in a pan with hot oil.
- Put the minced meat with the eggs, mustard, tomato paste, quark, onion and spices in a bowl, mix well and shape into a roll.
- Place the breadcrumbs on a work surface and turn the meatloaf in it.
- Grease a baking dish a little, put the meatloaf in it and put it in the 200c. warm oven for about 40 minutes
sauce
- Mix the tomato paste with the broth and the chopped basil and add to the meat loaf after 20 minutes.
- Now take the meatloaf out of the oven with salt and pepper, add seasoning to the sauce and thicken it a little.
- Cut the meatloaf into slices, serve with potatoes and vegetables according to your taste.
