Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork goulash
  • 2 Onions
  • 0,5 L Broth
  • Lard
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • Hyssop
  • Mugwort
  • Caraway seed

Instructions

  • Chop the onions and finely crush the herbs and spices. Sear the meat in the hot lard, add the onions and fry. Deglaze with broth. Let cook in a closed pot for about 1 1/2 hours, then season to taste with the spices.
  • Tip 2: Not everyone likes the taste of hyssop and mugwort with meat; better to try it on a small bite beforehand. The combination of all 5 spices also takes getting used to for our palates and should first be carefully tested.
