Ingredients
- 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 20 g Yeast fresh
- 160 ml Milk lukewarm
- 1 tsp Acacia honey
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Rosemary fresh
- Fresh thyme
- Chives fresh
- Fresh oregano
- Chopped basil
- Olives
Instructions
- Add the yeast together with the honey to the lukewarm milk and dissolve it.
- Mix the spelled flour with salt, the chopped olives and herbs. Add the olive oil and the yeast milk, knead well and shape into a ball.
- Cover the bread dough and let it rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the well-risen dough balls on the baking sheet, score a little and let rest for another 10 minutes.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and let the bread bake for about 25 minutes.
