Mediterranean Yogurt Spread
The perfect mediterranean yogurt spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Turkish yogurt 10%
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 3 Pickled, dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
- Espelette pepper
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- This spread was made from leftover yogurt I had on the weekend (didn’t use everything for a dessert and a dressing). And since I don’t like to throw food away, I looked at what else I had in the house and made a delicious spread.
preparation
- Put the yogurt in a bowl. Finely chop the spring onion and add. Finely dice the dried tomatoes and add them as well. Finely grate the clove of garlic. Add the lemon zest and the Parmesan.
- Mix everything well and season with Espelette pepper (or another chilli), salt and pepper.
