Mediterranean Yogurt Spread

The perfect mediterranean yogurt spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Turkish yogurt 10%
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 3 Pickled, dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Espelette pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. This spread was made from leftover yogurt I had on the weekend (didn’t use everything for a dessert and a dressing). And since I don’t like to throw food away, I looked at what else I had in the house and made a delicious spread.

preparation

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Finely chop the spring onion and add. Finely dice the dried tomatoes and add them as well. Finely grate the clove of garlic. Add the lemon zest and the Parmesan.
  2. Mix everything well and season with Espelette pepper (or another chilli), salt and pepper.
