- 2 Pc. Egg white (80-90 ml)
- 60 g Sugar
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 1 pinch Salt, vanilla, tartar
- Egg whites are whipped into solid snow with sugar and salt and tartar.
- Finally, fold in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
- With a piping bag, puffs are placed on baking paper. The meringue is dried in the oven at 90 degrees C. for 2-3 hours.
