Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pc. Egg white (80-90 ml)
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt, vanilla, tartar

Instructions
 

  • Egg whites are whipped into solid snow with sugar and salt and tartar.
  • Finally, fold in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • With a piping bag, puffs are placed on baking paper. The meringue is dried in the oven at 90 degrees C. for 2-3 hours.
